Went hiking at my fav. spot again on Saturday. It was a beautiful day. The path looks to have gotten more narrow as you can see from the photo. Did a short hike , 300 ft elevation, then a short run and then some reading. It was a great morning. Then my allergies kicked in and I was down the rest of the day.
Today my allergies are still bothering me, my legs are hurting, but I am still glad to have seen a beautiful day at my fav. spot.
